Pay by check a few days before service (it has to clear before service is commenced)
Pay with cash the day of service or by credit card 48 hours before service.

Moving In or Moving Out Cleaning Categories

Light Cleaning
We define light cleaning as a light wipe down; No scrubbing involved. The light cleaning category is for homes that have been maintained by regular housekeeping. A brief run-down of service consist of spotting for finger prints dusting and cleaning bathroom areas, kitchen areas, vacuuming, sweeping, moping and taking out the trash and additional services catering to your specific needs.

Deep Cleaning
This category is for units where only a few areas need deep cleaned (kitchen and bathrooms). We define deep cleans as a more thorough cleaning. Homes, which have not been cleaned on a regular basis, must often be treated as a deep clean on the first visit. A brief run-down of service consist of all the above plus oven and refrigerator cleaning, washing windows, ceiling fans, light fixtures, cleaning out kitchen cupboards and bathroom cabinets, washing doors and walls, polishing woodwork, scrubbing bath or shower tiles, defrosting refrigerators and additional services catering to your specific needs.

Top-to-Bottoom Scrub Cleaning
This category is where the entire unit needs cleaned from top to bottom.  Dirt or dust build up and or excessive debris and or excessive pet hair.

PLEASE NOTE: If we email you a cleaning quote, without viewing the unit, and it's later determined to be a more involved project your price will increase accordingly or we will clean up to the maximum time allotted based on your original quoted rate, which is normally 4 to 4.5 hours worth of cleaning.

You remodel or construct it and we'll clean it! From all stages of remodeling and construction, pre-cleaning to post-cleaning and everything in between! We provide cleaning services for general contractors servicing the Central Ohio area. Buildings ranging from education buildings, medical offices, commercial offices, restaurants and residential space. No cleaning job is considered to large or too small for our cleaning crew to handle. A project manger is always onsite to observe from start to finish.

Our price is governed by square foot size, number of bathrooms, number of levels and the amount of cleaning required. Rates may vary depending on room layout and extras. While each address is unique and will be cleaned according to its needs.

Occupied House Cleaning

Tell us what you need cleaned and how often and we'll customize one of our occupied cleaning packages just for you. Maybe you need a deep clean once a month....we got that covered! Maybe you just need the floors and bathrooms done...don't worry we can handle that too.

Depending upon your level of cleaning and items requested we normally assign in teams of 2's or 4's. We try to dispatch the same team each visit but it's not necessarily guaranteed. If your regular cleaning team is unavailable the day of your scheduled cleaning we will contact you prior to sending a new member(s). All of our cleaners are professional and are extensively trained.

Fully Insured
RHR is fully insured. Items excluded from liability are; cash, jewelry, one-of-a-kind items or hard to get items; items of sentimental value, art, antiques and electronics; these items are the responsibility of the client to put away in a safe place. Also, please note small items such as coins, jewelry, or other small valuables left under beds, drawers, low furniture, or in couch/chair cushions could be vacuumed up by accident. There is a $50 per location liability limit.
